| These are pages from “Bless Our Food,” a whimsical account of changes in traditional Jewish dietary laws to Christianity’s general acceptance of most foods. These dietary edicts—kosher laws— are generally found in Leviticus 11 and 17 and Deuteronomy 14. Curiously, Leviticus' other laws, especially those regarding interpersonal relationships, are considered immutable in Christianity. |
